Today was a rest day from exercise. This week I am going to do one day on one day off. My weight circuit yesterday made my legs pretty sore. But I will be ready to go for tomorrow morning.
Breakfast this morning was a green monster with the usual ingredients!
In my Amazing Grass cup of course!
Along with it I had a delightful waffle sammie.
This was smeared with natural PB and berry preserves. Yummy!
Work today was the same stuff different day….I had my morning snack around 10am.
A nice warm cup of green tea and Greek yogurt topped with half of a Chocolate Coconut Chew Larabar. I love having something chewy with my yogurt…it was delish!
My snack held me over till 12:30 today. My lunch was veggierific!
I had a whole wheat sandwich thin loaded with cucumber, spinach, tomato and avocado. Love these sandwiches they are so good!
I had my last juicy peach with it.
and some Kashi crackers and the last of a green pepper. Loved this lunch!
After I finished lunch it was such a beautiful warm day I took my book I am reading Naturally Thin right now and took a walk outside for 30 minutes it was lovely! It is so nice just to get away from the office and be by myself for a bit.
Supper tonight also carried a veggie theme. I was going to make a bowl of zucchini pasta and got it all cut up and ready with red pepper on top and discovered I had no tomatoes to make the sauce!
So I decided to just top it with a big dollop of hummus instead.
I also had some panko breaded orange roughy with it. I made fish and chips for the men tonight.
and a just a few sweet potato fries
I was full after this but my husband had other ideas. He decided to whip up a pina colada for an after dinner drink!
I had only a little bit of this then I was too full for anymore! It was really good and creamy since it was made from scratch and not from a mix.
I had a lot of veggies today which means bulk and boy am I full! But I was just craving the veggies today and they tasted so good!
Well I plan on going to bed early tonight….good bye until tomorrow.
