All I can say is thank goodness it is Friday! One more day of work for me on Monday and then I am jet-setting to Vancouver on Tuesday! I CAN’T wait. Don’t get me wrong I miss my man J when I am gone but it is so great for me and hubs to have some “us” time!
Now on to tonight…it was pizza Friday of course! On the menu Bacon, Onion and Mushroom!

A little Tomato and Basil sauce applied to the dough.
Toppings of pan fried onions, mushrooms and bacon.
Hot out of the oven! and sprinkled with fresh flat leaf parsley.
On my plate and ready to eat…nom..nom…nom..
It was de-lish-ous!! I love this pizza combo…yummy!
I also got a package today that I was hoping I would get before I left on my holiday.
Mmmm….shoes perhaps??
BOOTS! Lovely black leather fashion boots!
I LOVE these boots and they are going to look so good with my new fall cloths walking around Vancouver and then New York! With a very low heal they are ultra comfy and built for walking.
Tomorrow on the agenda is:
- Morning cardio
- Oil Change for my van
- haircut and color (going for a new style and color)
- Grocery shopping for the fixin’s for J meals
- In the evening watching UFC with the hubs and a friend (nachos will be eaten and beer will be consumed)
Well after a busy day I am pooped…my bed is calling me.
