Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal

Breakfast is by far my favorite meal of the day…I am sure I have shared that before! Lately I have been enjoying this hearty bowl of oatmeal deliciousness! So I thought I would share it!  I love the crunchiness of the pumpkin seeds on top.


In my bowl:

49g rolled oats
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 apple chopped…
Cinnamon to taste (I personal like lots!)
1/2 tsp fresh ginger
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp pumpkin seeds

Put oats, almond milk, apple, cinnamon and ginger in a bowl and microwave for about 2 mins. I like to microwave at 1 min intervals and stir to avoid bowling over. Top with peanut butter and pumpkin seeds. I also added a little Walden Farms SF pancake syrup too! Yum!
