I felt pretty good this morning, woke up before my alarm and was ready to sweat out a weight circuit!  Boy did I ever!!

This morning I did the following circuit 3 times through:

Romanian split squats x 8 each leg

Stability Ball Push Ups x 10

Body Weight Roman Dead lifts x 12 each leg

Stability Ball Pass  x 12

Weighted Pile Squat (15 lbs) x 12

Stability Ball Pike x 8

Boy I was a bowl of jelly after this workout!

This morning I decided it was time to use up the little bit of Almond Butter left in the jar and the perfect way was to finish it up with my oats in the jar!  It was my first time! Newbie!

P1030096 I cooked my oats up with 1/2 cup oats, 1/2 cup almond milk, 1/2 cup water, 1 tbs flax seed and a sprinkle of cinnamon.  I then topped it with the last of the blueberries!

P1030093 It was sooooo good!  A great way to finish off a jar the right way!  I will be doing this again for sure!

P1030099 Mmmmm…do you think I liked it??  I scraped that thing almost clean! :)

Well I have my morning coffee in hand and I am out the door!
