Today I thought I would eat my lunch and then head outside to blog! It is a beautiful day to be outside that is for sure!
I got myself a cafe latte and am currently sitting at a table on the grounds of the college across from my office. Lovely!
This morning I did my weights workout along with a little HITT cardio to finish it off! It felt great and gave me some energy I needed to start my Monday!
Breakfast
This morning I was not sure what I was going to have as nothing I thought of really sounded good to me. So I went with the old stand by OATS!
In my bowl I had oats, flax seed, banana and then topped it off with blueberries and a drizzle of PB2…delish!
My mid morning snack today was a Chia Blueberry muffin (I still have some in the freezer) and a warm cup of green tea since it was already getting a little chilly in the office!
By time lunch rolled around I was starving and could not wait to dive into what I had brought! My Monday morning meeting ran longer than normal so my lunch was a little late.
Today I made a whole wheat wrap with the leftover Falafel and added spinach, hummus and tomato it was so yummy!
Along with it I had a cut up bell pepper and a red plum. Delish and filling!
This afternoon is going to be busy for me so I better dash!
