I kept my promise and made the salmon for supper tonight.  I rubbed it liberally with a awesome Cinnamon Chilli Rub we got from Silk Road Spice Merchant.
This stuff tastes great!
In the oven went parsnip fries and potato wedges.

Yesterday the hubs gave me a gift of sorts.  He says that this will make my life easier…hmmm..ok I say.
