Clean Eating Shopping List

by Sheri on January 4, 2013

Here is a quick run down of the things that I like to purchase to ensure that I am eating clean healthy meals on a daily basis.  I have had questions as of late of what my groceries look like so I thought I would post a handy list of my most often purchased items.

I generally get my groceries from Costco and Superstore as those are the best places where I live with the best value from the money.  I do go to the Health Food store for some of the specialty items on my list.
