I have joined Iowa Girl Eats on her 40 Day Challenge.  Stay tuned and see if I can keep moving for 40 days!

Day 1: February 18, 2010 – Jillian’s 30 Day Shred (Level 1) – 30 minutes

Day 2: February 19, 2010 – Treadmill walking incline workout – 35 minutes

Day 3: February 20, 2010 -  Walk outside – 30 minutes

Day 4: February 21, 2010 – Weight Circuit with a 5 min warm-up on the treadmill – 30 Minutes.  In the evening went on a doggie walk – 30 minutes

Day 5: February 22, 2010 – Running on the treadmill based on this workout25 minutes.  I cut it a little shorter due to the time. 

Day 6: February 23, 2010 – Took a walk with the puppers – 30 minutes

Day 7: February 24, 2010 – Weight Circuit with a 5 min warm-up on the treadmill.  Then a quick 10 minute INTENSE cardio interval session – 35 minutes.

Day 8: February 25, 2010 – Walk outside at lunch time – 30 minutes

Day 9: February 26, 2010 – Great morning workout of a weight circuit and cardio intervals – 30 minutes

Day 10: February 27, 2010 – Walk outside at lunch – 30 minutes

Day 11: February 28, 2010 – Weight Circuit followed by some cardio dozens (12 jumping jacks with a MB and 12 Mountain Climbers x 6) – 30 minutes

Day 16: March 5, 2010 – Cardio – Intervals for 10 minutes.  30 seconds on and 30 seconds rest.  I did jumping jacks, butt kicks, jump rope, mountain climbers and burpees.  I also took a 30 minute walk at lunch today and shopped the Farmers Market for this weeks veggies.

Day 17: March 6, 2010 – Weight Circuit – 30 minutes with intervals

Day 19:March 8, 2010 – Weight Circuit – 20 minutes with warm up.
