Gingerbread Cookie Shake

This afternoon after my walk workout I was craving something with a little holiday flair to it!  But I did not want to ransack all the holiday baking sitting in my freezer so instead I thought I would try making myself a protein shake.

I found this recipe in Oxygen Magazine but I tweaked it a little to what I had on hand.

Gingerbread Cookie Shake

~ 1/2 scoop of vanilla whey protein powder (I use Prograde)
~ 1/2 scoop of chocolate whey protein powder
~ 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
~ 1/2 cup nonfat greek yogurt
~ 1 tsp of vanilla
~ 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
~ 1/2 tsp ground ginger
~ 1/2 tsp ground cloves
~ 1 tbsp molasses
~ 4-6 ice cubes or more

Place all ingredients in a blender and process thoroughly.
