Well it was inevitable really. I knew it was coming…but it still sucks a little. We were blessed with more snow today. The drive home was not bad till we got to our side of town then it turned ugly real fast. I was happy though because the hubs was driving! 
As I blog on this chilly evening I am sipping a little dessert tea of Canadian Vanilla Maple by Celestial Seasonings. Helps me quite my sweet tooth after supper.
Today was a busy day at work, Mondays usually are. I was not happy about the snow but happy to get home. I left work a little early to try and beat some of the traffic.
Supper tonight was a veggie feast with a some white fish.
Orange Roughy is such a great tasty fish…they call it the poor mans lobster. It does really taste that good actually. I just pan fried mine in a little olive oil and seasoned with lemon pepper. Yum! I had it with steamed asparagus and grilled zucchini.
I also had a green salad with tomatoes and cucumbers dressed with fresh lemon juice.
It was a pretty filling meal with all the roughage!
Now I think for a little evening exercise I might just go out and shovel our driveway and sidewalk since it has stopped snowing.
