Sorry for no post yesterday but I had a crazy day with no time for the computer! Work was hectic then I went to an appointment for J and then when I got home we left pretty much right away for the Keith Urban concert!
It was date night for me and my hubby and we had a good time! Before the concert we went for a drink and some nachos at our local Boston Pizza. I have no pictures because the battery was dead in the camera I wanted to bring!
I did manage to take a few pics with the camera in my phone though. The concert was a blast and we had great seats. We discovered they were not on the FLOOR…my hubby can’t read tickets properly. But where we did sit actually was better really. We had an unobstructed view, a bar and our own washrooms right there. Now having a bar so close by is kind of dangerous because I had a little bit to drink and was a little bit drunk! But I had a great time and shook my booty! It is fun to let loose once in awhile! 
He played for 2 hours and all the songs were great! My throat today is a little sore from all the singing and yelling and my head is a little sore from the wine I consumed! BAH!
This morning called for a lot of this!
Some freshly pressed coffee!
Mmmm…it smelled so good.
I also decided to make an egg white wrap!
Gather the ingredients…easy.
Spray the ramekin with non-stick spray and add about 2 egg whites.
then put it in the microwave for 1 minute
and then viola perfectly cooked egg whites ready to wrap!
I put my whites on a whole wheat wrap with cheese, spinach and cherry tomatoes.
Delicious!
I had some lovely sweet raspberries as well.
and my steamy cup of joe! Yummers!
Well I think maybe another cup of coffee is needed and a hot shower to lift the fog that is in my head!
