Keeping up the Momentum

It has been another busy weekend!  My weekends seem to just fly by an before I know it is Sunday night! 

I managed to slash most of the things off my To-Do list.

Laundry (Ugh!)
Meal Planning
Workout Planning
Vacuum Living room
Steam Mop Kitchen Floors
Paperwork (Jaxin’s overflowing basket of school papers need to be looked at)
Prescription receipts need to be submitted
Ikea – pick up a new dresser for Jaxin’s room (his old one is falling apart!)

I started the laundry just have not finished it yet. I also never got around to the kitchen floor will try and get to that tomorrow. 

I still have a few things to do before I can go to bed so I am going to make this quick!  I will be back tomorrow with a run down of what I did this weekend.

Right now I am 4 weeks into my Fall Transformation Challenge and I go to Maui in 12 Days!! The Challenge runs through my 10 day trip to Maui but I plan to stay on track as much as possible.  I have expressed this before.  I am making up workout plans to take along that require nothing fancy to do them.  Just some space and my body!  I will have the room to do it soI am going to schedule in some time to do a workout here and there.  But this is my holiday and I plan to rest up, have fun and indulge a little as well! Smile

KEEPING UP THE MOMENTUM  – So I am going to make the most of the last 12 days before I leave for paradise and make sure I do all my scheduled workouts including cardio, eat clean and try and cut out or at least way back on my sugar intake!

I also prepped some meals for the week today.  I gave a new recipe a try for breakfast tomorrow.

Off to finish up some more things before bed.

An answer to your quoteisn, it depends on your goals. For me, I’m trying to get big so more calories is always better. By the looks of your dinner I am going to guess that you are trying to loose weight. In this case you should already have some of budget for your daily calories. So make some room in your budget in order to allow for casein. Perhaps try cutting out some simple carbs like fruit. Simple carbs are great for post workout and breakfast to increase your blood sugar but not much else.
