Mocha Smoothie

This smoothie has kind of become my favourite afternoon pick me up!  So I thought I would share it.

Mocha Smoothie

1 scoop of Vanilla Protein Powder (I use Prograde)
1/2 cup of Almond Milk
1/2 cup of water
1 pkg of Starbucks Via instant coffee
1 tsp of cacao powder
handul of ice cubes

I have sweetened this smoothie with a packet of stevia from time to time as well.  Just depends on how sweet you like it.

Put all the ingredients in a blender and let it blend for about 45 seconds.


Delicious, cold and frothy!

Thank you so much for the posts of your day. I have found a clean eating rut depending on plain ol’ baked chicken enough to make me just blah about the whole thing. You’ve helped me get a plan together with an arsenal of ideas for the next rut! 🙂
