Monday morning blahs and no pictures!

I woke up before my alarm went off this morning looked at the clock with one eye open and contemplated not getting up.  I was still tired and felt a little lazy and just about skipped my workout.  But I got up anyway and managed to do some body weight exercises.
 
I did each of the following moves 5 times 10 reps each:
  •  Y-Squat
  • Push Ups
  • Belly Blaster
  • Mountain Climbers (I did 15 reps of this move)
 I am glad that I did get myself up and do my workout…I felt energized and awake afterwards!
 
I showered and got ready for work and then had myself a quick breakfast.  The bad new blogger that I am I FORGOT to take a picture of my scrumptious breakie!  Hunger got the best of me! :)  
So I will do my best to describe it to you….I made myself an egg sammie with a poached egg on a ww English muffin with some deli ham and a slice of low fat white cheddar.  I was going to put some spinach on it but I discovered that it was all mushy there was only a little bit left in the container.  Have to get more spinach! 
 
I then filled up my to-go mug with some hot coffee and was out the door to work…with my lunch in hand.  More on that later plus I promise to have pictures! HA!
