So I am on Day 25 of my Training Plan and so far it has been going really well. No major cravings have hit me that I cannot control with a little creative meal planning and using clean ingredients to make it.
Like the following:
Clean Vanilla Coconut Bliss Balls
Clean Eating Chocolate Protein Cake (or muffins)
and of course these….
Just bought some more today!
This is just a few of the “treats” I have made to help me get around my sweet tooth without falling off the wagon…so to speak!
Right now I am working on a Protein Ice Cream I will blog the recipe if it turns out ok.
Today’s Eats:
Meal 1 @ 4:45 am – Protein Shake and Pre-Workout Energizer. I had to get up a little earlier today because I had to drop Zaxari at my Mom’s before taking Jaxin to school as I had a workshop to go to while Jaxin was in school. Made for a very long day!
Meal 2 @ 7:35 am – The usual Protein Pancakes topped Coconut Butter and SF Maple Syrup. I also had a creamy frothy coffee.
Meal 3 @ 10:30 am – I made the best overnight oats! So good! I got the recipe from a blog I read called The Yummy Life. I made the Banana Peanut Butter recipe. It all fits neatly into a little canning jar put the lid and and put it in the fridge and then take it with you. So cute and portable. When I pulled it out at the workshop everyone was wondering what the heck I was eating! They were all having donuts and pastries. No thanks! I am going to try a few of the other recipes that are listed as well.
Meal 4 @ 1:00 pm – (not pictured) Since I had to pick Zaxari up from my Mom’s we all had lunch together. I took mine along with me. I had 2 Turkey Muffins, 3oz of Sweet Potato, sliced cucumber and celery.
Meal 5 @ 5:30 pm – It was a little late but I was not starving just starting to get hungry. I made some baked Tilapia for the hubby and I. I had mine with zucchini noodles and fresh tomato. It tasted great!
Meal 6 @ 8:45 pm – Greek yogurt, blueberries and walnuts mixed together with a drizzle of sugar free chocolate syrup! Yum!
LIQUIDS of the DAY:
Well you guessed it water….and lots of it!
It is my drink of choice all day long.
I also had a little Chocolate Chili Chia tea after supper.
I like this one chocolaty and spicy!
WORKOUT
I was up extra early to do my Back, Biceps and ABS. I did my ABS today since I did not get it done on Wednesday night like I had planned. Instead my body needed a little bit of a rest so I took it. I woke up refreshed today and ready to get busy. I had a great Back and Bicep workout and challenged myself to increase my weight. I did and I managed to complete all reps and sets successfully. It was hard…but I got it done!
I am loving my new G-loves! They are great! I feel so pretty now! They make me smile every time I wear them. New workout gear is always a great motivator!
WRAP UP
Friday is check-in day with my coach. First thing when I get up I take my weight and measurements. I send her updated photos and my comments about my last few weeks. I love sending good news to her and pretty much everything I have to say is. I have stayed 100% on my meal plan and have not missed a workout! I will post more about my 4 week results this weekend. There are defiantly some changes.
Sleep is going ok. I am doing pretty good and getting to bed early when I have to. But I still find myself waking up earlier than I need to. My alarm is set for 5am most days but I always wake up an hour to 30 minutes before I have to! I wish I would not…I can use that extra sleep. I am going to work on figuring out why and see if I can change my pattern a bit!
Today’s Motivation:
Inspire and be inspired!
