PHAB Meal Plan: Week of November 25

Since I have been trying really hard to keep up my meal planning I thought I would start posting it on the blog to keep me accountable.  Plus taking Sunday afternoon to meal plan for the week and then hit the grocery store with a list makes things go A LOT faster and that way I am not buying extra stuff!

We now have our freezer full of beef once again.  We got our 3/8 of a cow in October.  So beef will be in my meal plan a few times per week. The beef we get is grass fed and the most delicious beef I think I have ever had.  I never want to buy my beef from a supermarket again.

It will last us months.  We mostly got ground beef, steaks and a few roasts this time.

This week’s meal plan and shopping list:

Sunday: Take-out (Sushi)
Monday: Gingery Beef and Broccoli
Tuesday: Chicken & Rice Salad with Peanut Sauce
Wednesday: Taco Salads
Thursday: Shrimp Stir-Fry
Friday: Make-at-home Pizza
Saturday: Hosting a Holiday Party (finger foods and appetizers)

Ready to serve brown rice
Coleslaw mix
Cilantro
Dry Roasted peanuts
Lemons (2)
Ginger
Chicken Broth
Broccoli
Green onions
Spinach
Bananas
Eggs
Natural Cheese Slices
Tomatoes
Almond Milk
Taco Seasoning
Romaine Lettuce
Greek Yogurt
Cottage Cheese
Blueberries
Whole Wheat English Muffins
