Supper tonight was totally healthy and totally yummy!
I have been on a big salmon kick lately and that is what I whipped up for supper tonight.
I marinated the salmon filet in 1T of Dijon mustard, 2T of Tamari, 1T of olive oil and 1tsp of crushed garlic. I cooked it in my grill pan and it turned out so delicious! Crisp on the outside but moist on the inside.
I had it with some sautéed asparagus and zucchini seasoned with Sundried Tomato and Herb.
and a big bowl of salad with cucumber and tomatoes.
It was veggie packed and it tasted great!
Well I think tonight I am going to try and hit the hay early!

How long did you marinade the salmon?
For about 15 mintues or so.
Oh yum! I love salmon!
