Soooo glad it is Friday! Time to relax!
It was a very busy and long week! My meetings went well but I did not get home until almost 10 o’clock pm for 2 nights! Still I do really like socializing with the people I work with since they are all really great! But it is also nice to hang with the hubs and see my little boy that I missed all week!
While making pizza tonight I sipped on a lovely red Australian Shiraz. Mmmmm…yum!
I also munched on blue corn chips and some Pineapple Chipotle Salsa
We got this salsa in our gift bag from the fundraiser we went to last weekend and it is really good! Smoky and a little bit sweet with some heat! It tasted great with the corn chips!
I made my go to whole wheat pizza dough from my Eat, Shrink & Be Merry cookbook. I topped our pizza with tomato sauce, mozza cheese, caramelized onions, mushrooms and olives.
This combo was so delicious! I loved the onions!
Well I will be back to full blogging mode starting tomorrow. Need to catch up on some rest from my busy week! I am pooped!
