My cold is still hanging on! I went to work this morning only for my boss to send me home. I guess that is best actually since I am still blowing my nose a lot and my voice sounds horrible at times.
On my way home I picked up a few things.
A fancy new humidifier to get some moisture into our bedroom. Hopefully it will help me sleep better and I will not wake up feeling like the Sahara desert! It is so dry where I live on a regular basis and gets even worse during the winter months. Right now with my cold and not being able to breath through my nose is making for a very dry throat in the morning.
I also got myself some drugs and a little reading material.
So now I am going to sit on the couch and doing a little reading and some more resting! I have got to get better over the weekend…this is crazy!
