Sorry for the long MIA on my blog…my life this week has been a bit crazy! So the blogging had to be put off.
I got sent home from work today at lunchtime. A BIG winter storm has hit Calgary and it is not pretty folks! I was so glad when my boss told everyone to go home. I was also thankful that I was not driving the hubs was.
It is snowing like crazy and very windy. Our house is covered in the white stuff!
Our front window is drifted with snow.
It has also drifted up against my front door…when I opened it the snow was pilled against it!
Winter has hit and I have plans of doing some Christmas baking and Holiday decorating this weekend in my nice warm house! 
I also have a bunch of presents to wrap.
This is the only decoration I have put up so far. I bought him at the Loony Store the other day. He has a bell on his hat so when you open the door it jingles…so cute!
Now that I am home I am going to do a little relaxing with a book. I am in my comfy Lululemon pants, U2 Concert t-shirt, slippers and warm sweater. I think the next thing I will do is make a cup of Christmas spice tea.
Off to sip tea and read.
I think this storm covers most of the province. I read you had a Peanut Butter and Jelly Larabar and was disappointed that I didn’t find these at Costco yesterday!?
