Right now a box of Kleenex, hot water and lemon are my friends! All I have been doing this week is go to work – come home – eat supper – go to bed!
Today I battled a headache…it sucked! Work was so hard and I am glad to be home. I am hoping if I rest this week I should be ship shape by the weekend.
Although supper tonight was super delish and super easy. Fish tacos!
Basa fillets baked in the oven with Chipotle seasoning then broken up and wrapped in a corn tortilla with avocado, salsa and coleslaw mix. It was pretty yummy and took no time at all. Which is how my meals are going this week. I think tomorrow night will be soup.
I also started thinking about Christmas shopping today. I can’t believe Christmas is only a little better than a month away! So I started making a list of gifts I need to buy for friends and family. I want to get started earlier this year…I hate leaving stuff to the last moment.
Well…going to unplug now and get myself into my comfy bed.
Hopefully my regular blogging will resume this weekend.
